  Dentist shaved and cracked my bottom tooth to make a crown fit on my top tooth. Then tried to make me pay for another crown on the tooth he cracked. Very unprofessional.

  I've been here 3 times for my 6 month cleanings. Each time I've gone they try to collect about $90 upfront. My copay for cleanings is $5. I explained that and the first time they did some research and found out I was right before I would go back to see the dentist. The second time they wouldn't or couldn't look it up and they agreed to bill insurance and see what they paid before collecting from me. I was right again. I didn't receive a bill. The last time (by this time they should be familiar with my insurance) they insisted the insurance wouldn't pay. They tried very hard to collect at the front desk. I declined. They said they would bill me but I was used to the drill and knew my insurance would pay. They called me about a week later insisting I owed them $94. I called my insurance. They said the claim was still pending and would be paid. I called them back. They called me again the next week same story. I called my insurance again and only after my insurance called them did they lay off. The service was fine but the headache of the billing isn't worth it. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

  I have been going here for several years and I have always received courtesy, flexibility, and amazing service. My dental hygiene had improved greatly due to their dental hygienist, Mary. I'm very happy with all of their staff and with the services I've received.
